This project includes an entire interior office fit out of the old Budds Department Store 15,010 sf building. The project will include 4 major fit outs:
1. The first floor will include the following amenities:
- an open games area
- a 440 sf fitness room with adjacent lockers and showersÂ
- two 342 sf closed meetings roomsÂ
- a 655 sf multipurpose roomÂ
- an additional kitchen and lunch areaÂ
2. The main level will include the following amenities:
- 9 closed, open ceiling individual offices that are 118 sf eachÂ
- a large 623 sf open office and collaboration areaÂ
- a reasonable 623 sf entry lounge/ waiting areaÂ
- coffee station for guests and employeesÂ
3. The second floor will include the following amenities:
- 2 closed individual offices that are 148 sf each
-Â a large 637 sf open office and collaboration areaÂ
- rooftop entrance to a 1,208 sf patio and open work area
4. The mezzanine area will include the following amenities:
- an respective 250 sf meeting area
- a 20 foot feature window overlooking the open office area and entire main level of the office space
