Nith Valley Construction Ltd is a mid-sized contractor involved in public tender, construction management and design build in the industrial, commercial and institutional sector of construction. Being located in New Hamburg, we have found it to be an excellent location to operate through out southern Ontario. The strong foundation of Nith Valley Construction Ltd was formed in 1952 as Don Riehl Construction a small masonry contractor that grew into residential and then general contracting in the ICI sector. In 1979 Don took on partners Ron Roeder and Ron Zehr and formed Nith Valley Construction. Don Riehl and Ron Zehr have since retired. Since 1997, Ron Roeder and partners Doug Roeder and Bob Zehr are committed to continue working together with their clients, building partnerships, to help them acquire the type of building that they are looking for, satisfied with, and will be proud of for years to come.

Ron Roeder -- CCA Gold Seal Certified

Ron is President and majority shareholder of Nith Valley Construction Ltd. Ron joined the former Don Riehl construction in July 1974 as an estimator after completing the Construction Engineering Technology course at Conestoga College Doon Campus in Kitchener. Since the beginning of Nith Valley Construction in 1979, Ron has had the duties of chief estimator and is responsible for the main administration duties of the company.

Doug Roeder -- CCA Gold Seal Certified

Doug is Vice President of Nith Valley Construction Ltd. He joined the company in August 1991. Doug is a licensed carpenter and has been a superintendent for more then 20 years. He supervises some of our larger and more complex jobs. Doug is also our representative in the newly formed OGCA Safety Group and administrates our Health and Safety policies and initiatives.

J. Robert Zehr -- CCA Gold Seal Certified

Bob is Secretary/Treasurer for Nith Valley Construction Ltd. He joined the company in June 1979 as a labourer, went on to apprentice as a carpenter and progressed to become a site superintendent. Bob is now our main project manager and is responsible for all our site personnel and daily work scheduling.
